There are reasons you learned to move through the world the way you do.
Therapy can be a place to understand those patterns with curiosity, make sense of what shaped them, and decide what you want to carry forward.
You might be here because...
Trauma & the Past
Understanding how past experiences, attachment, and protective patterns continue to shape life in the present.
Relationships & Connection
Exploring patterns in relationships, intimacy, boundaries, communication, and how you connect with others.
Mood & Emotional Regulation
Working with anxiety, depression, overwhelm, emotional intensity, and developing a different relationship with difficult emotions and other forms of suffering.
Sexual Wellness & Intimacy
Making room for sexuality as part of mental and relational health, including desire, intimacy, identity, shame, communication, and your relationship with your own sexuality.
Identity, Meaning & Existential Curiosity
Exploring who you are, what matters to you, the narratives you’ve inherited and created, and questions of meaning, mortality, change, and how you want to live.
Therapy with me is collaborative, curious, and active.
I see therapy as a space to understand yourself more deeply, including the experiences, relationships, and patterns that have shaped how you move through the world. The name Fellow Traveler reflects something foundational to how I approach this work: therapist and client are both human beings navigating the realities of being alive. While we enter the room in different roles, therapy is grounded in genuine human connection, curiosity, and the understanding that none of us stands entirely outside the questions we explore.
I bring curiosity, warmth and thoughtful challenge into the room. Together, we might slow down and make space for difficult emotions, explore different parts of yourself, notice patterns as they emerge, or question narratives that no longer fit. The goal isn’t always to eliminate discomfort, but to better understand it, build your capacity to move through it, and make more intentional choices about how you want to live.
Finding the right therapist matters. I offer a consultation so we can talk about what brings you to therapy, what you're looking for, and whether working together feels like a good fit.
